How Pulze Works

Pulze is built on three foundational layers that work together:

This architecture means you can start with simple conversations, leverage pre-built agents for common tasks, and scale to custom AI applications—all within the same platform with enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Getting Started

Follow the steps below to set up Pulze Spaces and start leveraging the power of AI in your daily workflows.
To begin harnessing the power of Pulze Spaces, you need to create a Space:
  1. Navigate to Pulze Spaces and click on Sign Up.
  2. Fill in your details to create a new account.
  3. Once logged in, click on Create New Space on your dashboard.
  4. Enter a Space Name that represents your project or team.
  5. Optionally, invite team members by adding their email addresses.
Creating a New Space
Your Space is now created! Each space becomes a secure environment where your team can interact with AI, build applications, and access your organization’s data.
Engage with multiple AI models seamlessly within your Space. Pulze acts as a middle-layer, managing all AI integrations—you only need one account with us.Available Models:
  • OpenAI (GPT-5 family, o3 series)
  • Anthropic (Claude 4, Claude 4.1)
  • xAI (Grok 4 Fast)
  • Google (Gemini 2.5)
  • AI21Labs, Groq, and many more…
To start chatting:
  1. In your newly created Space, click on the Chat tab.
  2. Select an AI model from the dropdown menu—or let Pulze’s intelligent routing automatically choose the best model for your query.
  3. Type your message or query in the input box at the bottom of the chat window.
  4. Press Enter or click the Send button to receive a response from the AI.
Starting a Conversation
You can switch between different AI models at any time to compare responses and find the most suitable one for your needs. Pulze’s intelligent routing learns from your feedback to automatically select the right model for each conversation.
Personalize AI responses by integrating your own data. Pulze manages the entire RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline, transforming your proprietary data into AI-ready formats.
  1. Go to the Data Sources section in your Space.
  2. Click on Upload Data.
  3. Drag and drop files or click to select files from your computer.
  4. Supported formats include PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and more.
  5. Tag your data for easy reference and organization.
Uploading Data

Uploaded data becomes part of your Space’s knowledge base, allowing AI models to provide more relevant and tailored responses based on your organization’s information.
Enhance your interactions by utilizing various tools available within Pulze Spaces, including referencing your data for more tailored responses:
  • Web Search: Integrate real-time web search results into your conversations.
    • Type @ to open the command palette or simply type @web search in your input field.
    • Enter your query, and Pulze Spaces will rewrite it into a search query.
    • Receive the best responses and answers, including citations.
    • This tool enriches your AI responses with up-to-date information from the web.
  • Reference Data: Include your uploaded files directly in your prompts.
    • You can reference multiple files that you’ve uploaded in your prompt or query.
    • Pulze Spaces includes the entire content of the referenced files to the AI for more accurate responses.
    • To reference a file, type @ and select the file from the list or search for it by name.
    • This is particularly useful when you want the AI to consider specific documents or data you have.
  • Space Search: Search and reference data across all files in your Space.
    • If you’re unsure which file to reference, use the Space Search tool.
    • Pulze Spaces runs a file search across all the data available in your Space.
    • Finds relevant chunks related to your query and provides them to the AI.
    • Enhances the accuracy and context of the AI’s responses without manually selecting files.
  • Labels: Reference data by labels to include specific groups of files.
    • If you’ve created labels for your data, you can reference a specific label in your prompt.
    • Every piece of data with that label attached will be included in the AI’s response.
    • This allows for tailored and highly relevant information retrieval based on categories you’ve defined.
  • Image Generation: Generate images based on provided context.
    • Access the Image Generation tool via the command palette or by typing @image generation.
    • Describe the image you want to generate.
    • Pulze Spaces will create the image, which you can download and use.
  • Audio Transcriptions: Transcribe audio files into text.
    • Use the Audio Transcription tool to transcribe meetings, podcasts, or videos.
    • Upload your audio file, and Pulze Spaces will generate a transcript.
    • The transcript can then be used in conversations or documents for reference.
  • Model Targeting: Direct your query to a specific AI model.
    • You can target a specific model by selecting it when making a request.
    • This is useful when you want to utilize the strengths of a particular AI model.
  • MCP/Tool Integrations: Connect existing systems inside your conversations.
    • Integrate with your CRM, pricing tools, approval workflows, and more.
    • Agents can use these tools to perform actions across your systems.
    • This enables AI to not just answer questions but take actions in your workflow.
How to Use Tools in Your Conversations:
  1. In the Chat tab, type @ to open the command palette.
  2. Select the desired tool or data reference (e.g., Web Search, Space Search, specific files, labels).
  3. Alternatively, start typing the tool’s name or file after @ (e.g., @web search, @filename).
  4. Follow the prompts to input your query or description.
  5. The tool will process your request and integrate the results into your conversation.
Example Usage:
  • Reference a File: @AnnualReport2022 Summarize the key financial highlights.
  • Web Search: @web search What are the latest trends in AI technology?
  • Space Search: @space search Find information on our marketing strategies.
  • Image Generation: @image generation Create an infographic of our sales data.
  • Audio Transcription: @audio transcription Transcribe the client meeting from yesterday.
  • Reference a Label: @ProjectX Update me on the latest developments.
Using Tools in Pulze Spaces
By leveraging these tools and referencing data, you can enrich your AI interactions, access a wealth of information, and perform complex tasks seamlessly within Pulze Spaces. Whether you’re referencing specific files, conducting web searches, or utilizing AI-powered tools, Pulze Spaces empowers you to get the most out of your conversations.
Organize your work and ideas by creating documents within your Space:
  1. Navigate to the Documents tab in your Space.
  2. Click on New Document.
  3. Enter a Title for your document.
  4. Start adding content using markdown or rich text formatting tools.
Creating a Document
Documents can be shared with team members and referenced in conversations with AI models for context-aware interactions.

To use a pre-built agent:
  1. Navigate to the Agents section in your Space.
  2. Select an agent that matches your task (e.g., Selly for sales tasks).
  3. Start a conversation with the agent or assign it a task.
  4. The agent has access to your Space’s data and can use tools to complete workflows.
These agents can automate tasks, provide specialized insights, and execute multi-step workflows—all while maintaining access to your organization’s proprietary data.
Customize your AI assistant to match your preferences and style:
  1. Access the Assistant settings in your Space.
  2. Click on Create New Assistant.
  3. Provide a name for your assistant.
  4. Define your assistant’s personality traits, communication style, and any specific instructions.
  5. Configure which tools and data sources the assistant can access.
  6. Save your assistant.
Creating an Assistant
Your personalized assistant will now remember these settings, ensuring a consistent experience in all your interactions. Custom assistants can be shared with your team and tailored for specific use cases or departments.

Advanced Features

Pulze Spaces offers additional capabilities to enhance your workflows:
Personalize your Space by selecting models based on the responses you liked:
  • When you mark a response as “Good Response”, Pulze Spaces learns from your preference.
  • The platform automatically trains and fine-tunes your Space to select that specific AI model when similar conversations occur in the future.
  • This continuous feedback loop enhances the relevance and quality of responses over time, tailoring the AI interactions to your specific needs.
  • By consistently providing feedback on AI responses, you further personalize your Space to align with your unique preferences and workflows.
The Result: Your Space develops organization-specific intelligence, automatically selecting the right model for each conversation based on your team’s preferences and patterns.
Easily compare responses from different AI models to choose the best outcome:
  • After sending a message in the Chat tab, click on Open Split Screen.
  • Pulze Spaces provides you with a list of recommended models based on your conversation.
  • The model with the highest recommendation is listed first.
  • Click on the models you wish to compare; Pulze Spaces will generate responses from each selected model.
  • Responses from the selected models will be displayed side by side for easy comparison.
  • Models that are not top recommendations can also be selected from the dropdown menu and compared.
  • Under Fine-Tune Your Space, you can further personalize model selection by marking responses as “Good Response,” which trains Pulze Spaces to prefer those models in similar conversations.
Comparing AI Models
By clicking Open Split Screen, you receive a curated list of recommended models tailored to your conversation. The platform suggests the best model for your specific prompt, listing it first. You can generate responses from these models and have them displayed side by side for direct comparison. Additionally, you have the flexibility to select other models from the dropdown menu, even if they are not top recommendations, to explore different perspectives. Utilizing the Fine-Tune Your Space feature allows you to further personalize model selection, ensuring the AI interactions align closely with your preferences.Custom Routing Options:

Streamline and automate your workflows by creating custom AI-powered recipes:
  • What are Recipes? Recipes are automated sequences that leverage AI models and tools to perform tasks based on predefined steps and triggers.
  • Creating a Recipe:
    1. Go to the Recipes section in your Space.
    2. Click on Create New Recipe.
    3. Define the Trigger (e.g., receiving a certain type of message, a scheduled time, data upload).
    4. Add Actions that the AI should perform (e.g., analyze data, generate summaries, send notifications, update CRM).
    5. Configure which agents and tools the recipe can use.
    6. Save your recipe.
